Paddington Ward

Paddington Ward is one of Brisbane City Council’s 26 local electorates and is located in Brisbane’s inner north and west. It includes the suburbs of Paddington, Milton, Auchenflower, Bardon, Red Hill, Kelvin Grove, Petrie Terrace, Herston, and parts of Toowong and Bowen Hills.

Paddington Ward is a wonderfully culturally and demographically diverse area, with a mix of young professionals, families and retirees - and has a much higher proportion of renters than the national average. The area is also known for its trendy restaurant and cafe scene, and iconic venues like Suncorp Stadium and Barrambin/Victoria Park.

Paddington Ward reaches from Mount Coot-tha in the west to the edge of Bowen Hills in the east, meeting the Brisbane River across Toowong, Auchenflower and Milton.
