Equipment Lending

In line with my mission to build a more connected, stronger community, I've built up to store of equipment that residents and community groups can book for FREE. 

This equipment is available to community groups or individuals organising community events. The event should be open to the general public for free or reasonable priced/ donation entry for fundraising purposes. Our equipment is also available to local artists and performers that are not operating professionally.

Collections and Returns

Equipment is generally available for one night. It can collected during office hours & returned the next day (or Monday morning for a Friday pick-up). Longer use can be arranged by negotiation. 

  • Pick-up after 1pm the day of/ before the event and,
  • Returned the morning after the event, before 11am

Office hours for pick-up and drop-off are Mon to Friday 9am to 4.30pm: 44 Latrobe Tce, Paddington. 

To request a booking or check technical requirements for any audio-visual gear, please get in touch with the Ward Office via phone or email (3403 2520, [email protected]). 2 weeks notice generally required, please call if urgent.

 

No Bond or Fee

There is no bond or hire fee and as such we ask that you look after the property and return it in the condition it went out.

MiPro Portable Speaker Set (Battery Powered)

  • Can be wheeled or mounted on speaker stand (20.5kg)

Single or Dual Speaker kit available. Head-worn microphone available on request.

 

Large Alto 3 System PA 

  • 2x Powered PA Speakers (2500W)
  • 1x Foldback and Subwoofer  (2000W/ 2500W)
  • Yamaha mixing console
  • XLR and power cables included

 

Behringer 2 Speaker PA

  • 2x Powered PA speakers (550W) for live and playback
  • 12-Channel XENYX Mixer

  • 5200 lumen, laser light source
  • Supports HDMI, USB-A and wireless connection

 

 

Inflatable A-Frame Cinema Screen (5m wide)

  • Electric powered air-blower/ deflator
  • 2+ people required to set-up
